Michael Cornish builds kitchen cabinets, vanities, built-ins and closets from a shop in Greenville. Drawings and 3D renderings come first, so you see the whole thing before the first piece of wood is cut.

The shop
He added the machines one at a time.
Michael Cornish founded Cornish Builders in 2012, after eleven years in the concrete business. His first child was a year old at the time, and he figured the decision had to be made now or never. The plan was high-end remodeling first, then custom homes. While he was doing the remodels, he started building cabinets out of his garage to supply his own jobs.
The jobs got bigger and the garage stopped being enough. In 2017 the decision was made to focus solely on custom cabinetry, and Cornish Custom Cabinetry was born. He started with a traditional table saw and a few other basic woodworking machines, then added equipment as he went, until he had a shop capable of handling whatever was thrown at it.
In 2018 he bought a CNC router. Work that used to be done by hand is now cut on the machine, off drawings produced in cabinetry design software. A job starts as a concept, becomes drawings, and then goes to the CNC to be fabricated.

CNC fabrication
A job starts as a concept, becomes drawings, and then goes to the CNC to be fabricated. The machine cuts parts more accurately and repeatably than any manual process.
Building from a designer's drawings
Cornish Custom Cabinetry works with a number of designers and contractors, working off their drawings and building exactly to their specifications.
Any style, any dimension
Everything is built one hundred percent custom, so the style and the dimensions are yours to set. Big job or small, the quote comes off known material and labor costs.

Cornish Custom Cabinetry is happy to supply free quotes if given sketches or drawings and measurements of your space. Elevations are not necessary, but they are highly recommended and appreciated, because they make the quote more accurate.
